The Air Astana Group fleet has grown to 50 aircraft following delivery of a new Airbus A321neo-LR registered EI-KDG msn 11665 from the assembly line in Hamburg, Germany on 19 January 2024 direct to Almaty International, bringing to 11 total number of A321neo-LR in its fleet.
The latest A321neo cabin combines existing business class and new “Airspace Cabin” economy class, which offers more seats, larger overhead lockers and a “moonlight” cabin lighting system ,that was previously only featured on the airline’s long-haul aircraft. The aircraft is configured with 16 Business class seats and 150 Economy class seats.
The expansion of the fleet reflects Air Astana’s strategy to grow its fleet to 80 aircraft by the end of 2028 and commitment to continuous industry leadership.
