United Airlines is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its nonstop service between Dublin and New York/Newark. Since its launch in June 1998, the airline has carried almost 3.5 million customers on over 20,000 flights on the route.

United operates daily year-round nonstop flights from Dublin to its New York/Newark and Washington Dulles Hubs and  seasonal summer service from Dublin to Chicago O’Hare.

Over 25 years United has operated Boeing 757-200(ER), Boeing 767-200(ER), Boeing 767-300(ER), Boeing 777-200(ER), Boeing 777-300(ER) and Boeing 787-10 aircraft types on the route.

During the summer season, United’s nonstop daily services from Dublin to New York/Newark are operated with Boeing 777-200 aircraft (UAL23/2) and Boeing 757-200 aircraft (UAL316/7) and winter season, the route is operated with Boeing 767-400ER aircraft.
