EI-GUO ATR72-212A(600F) msn 1722 ASL Airlines Ireland was delivered Toulouse to Shannon on 4th July in full FedEx colours. ASL Airlines Ireland operates a total of four ATR72-600F aircraft for FedEx under an CMI contract,  from its European hubs in Liege (LGG) and Paris CDG (CDG) with a further aircraft on order.

ASL Airlines is the largest ATR operator for FedEx outside North America.

The ATR 72-600F features a class E main cabin for cargo operations, and will support both bulk cargo and Unit Load Device (ULD) configurations. The ATR 72-600F has a bulk capacity of 74.6 m3, and when in ULD mode, can accommodate up to seven LD3 containers, or five 88” x 108”, or nine 88” x 62” pallets. The aircraft is also equipped with new reinforced floor panels.

ASL Airlines operate a fleet of 36 aircraft including 6 ATR72s, 4 Airbus A300-600R(F), 3 Airbus A330-300(P2F) and 22 Boeing 737-400(F), Boeing 737-800BCF/SF.
