British Airways Cityflier resumed the London City to Dublin route effective from Monday 6th September operating 14 times weekly increasing to 21 times weekly from Monday 20th September using Embraer 190 aircraft.

The flight was operated by G-LCAF Embraer 190LR msn 19000548 BA4468 touching down 1906 local departing as BA4471 2018 local. The aircraft has an Irish connection being formely registered to CDB Aviation as EI-GTG in 2020. 

The number of flights from London City is set to increase more than 70 per cent during September to about 260 per week by month’s end, based on data from Bloomberg NEF.

British Airways Cityflier operates a fleet of 23 Embraer 190LR in an 98 seat two class configuration based at London City Airport. Last year the carrier phased out its fleet of 6 Embraer 170 in 65 seat configuration in favour of Embraer 190LR enabling the carrier to reduce unit costs and increase revenue maxmizing its London City slots.
