The Student Aviation Symposium 2015 is a non-profit event organised by a dedicated group of third level education students from Dublin Institute of Technology, University of Limerick, Dublin City University and Institute of Technology Carlow. Our aim is to bring together students of aviation focused courses and aviation industry professionals across Ireland.

The event offers the chance for students to learn more about the specific requirements of aviation companies for candidates in various roles and discuss current issues faced by the industry as well as future trends. It also serves to promote aviation and provide a networking platform.
We believe this event to be important, not just for students passionate about a career in aviation, but for companies, assisting in finding the most suitable future employees.
It will also provide an opportunity for companies to learn more about the various aviation-related degrees offered across the country and give an indication of the caliber of student such courses produce.
The format of the Symposium focuses on presentations by panels of guest speakers from the industry as well as interaction between speakers and students. An exhibition area will also be available, giving the chance for diverse aviation/recruiting companies and educational institutions to show-case their interests. The event is to be held on October 21st, in Radisson Blu Royale, Dublin 8.
As a non-profit event, we are looking for potential sponsors in helping us develop this great initiative. Our aim is to make the event as accessible as possible to students by keeping the admission price low. Your contribution may come in some form of sponsorship of the event or a donation to help cover the costs incurred, perhaps even materials for delegates’ welcome packs.
Naturally, any contributions would be acknowledged in any promotional material related to the event and any other means negotiated. The Symposium is a nationwide focused event, with over 150 delegates taking part, which will bring valuable attention to your business.
