Norwegian Air Shuttle has taken delivery it’s second of eight of Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner on order through direct deliveries and leases, operated by subsidiary Norwegian Long-Haul.

EI-LNB Boeing 787-8 construction number 35305 Hexcode 4CAB07 made it’s first flight on 3rd August. This aircraft is leased from ILFC Ireland Ltd.

The aircraft was ferried Paine Field to Dublin Airport on 25th August using call-sign “NLH1A” arriving at 0020 local, for post delivery application of decals and tail painting in Norwegian explorer Thor Heyerdahl livery.

The aircraft departed Dublin Airport to Stockholm on Thursday 30th August just after 2200 hours.

The Boeing 787s are operated on routes from Oslo-Gardermoen and Stockholm Arlanda to New York JFK , and from Oslo to Bangkok, new routes from Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm to Fort Lauderdale commence on 29th November 2013.

Three Boeing 787-8s will be delivered in 2013, four in 2014 and one in 2015.
