Ryanair announced its launching a new route from it’s Maastricht Base to Brive (France) operating twice weekly from 3rd April 2013 and will generate 15,000 passengers.

Ryanair France / Belgium Sales & Marketing Manager Brisy Jonathan said “Ryanair is delighted to announce the Brive airport this line to / from Maastricht which will operate from the season next summer and will be on sale tomorrow on www.ryanair.com . Passengers and visitors to the Dordogne and surroundings can now choose the lowest fares of Ryanair no fuel surcharge guarantee. This development will generate during the summer season (April to October) 15,000 passenger traffic and create 15 jobs “.

President Brive Airport Jean-Louis Nesti said “I am delighted today to welcome Ryanair to announce a first link, which will link Brive Dordogne Valley and Maastricht, in the spring of 2013. This line will attract tourist flows in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, which are among the main countries of origin of visitors, the three areas covered by the platform: the North Lot, Corrèze and the Dordogne Black. A great opportunity for all airport partners to develop the attractiveness of the destination Dordogne”.

Brive – Souillac Airport is an international airport located 13 kilometers south of Brive-la-Gaillarde, a commune of the Corrèze department in the Limousin region of France.
