Magma Aviation part of Avia Solutions Group, opened a new global headquarters in Dublin, Ireland to capitalize on leasing opportunities. The carrier aims to secure multiple aircraft, it is also considering medium-size freighters to support its Boeing 747 international flights, with fleet expansion expected by 2025Q3/Q4.
Magma Aviation CEO Peter Kerins, stated “We have established our global services here because Dublin is a global aviation hub. This has allowed us to start developing better relationships with leasing companies. Approximately 50% of the world’s aircraft are leased from Ireland. To grow the company’s network, it is essential to strengthen our position here as new, more efficient, long-range aircraft come to market.”
The carrier manages a fleet of Airbus A321F, Boeing 737-800F and Boeing 747-400F aircraft, offering a range of ad hoc and regular flying capacity to freight forwarders, logistics providers, and charter brokers. The narrowbody freighters are strategically based at airports in the UAE and the Middle East and to address the growing demand for reliable and efficient cargo transport, growing the company’s global connectivity and operational capacity.
