Aer Lingus restoration of its Dublin North Atlantic Hub continues on a phased basis with carrier resuming its Dublin to Orlando route with effect from Saturday 26th November using Airbus A330-300 aircraft operating three times.
Aer Lingus Executive Vice-President US Bill Byrne said “We are so happy to be flying to the US from Dublin again, and this weekend we can once again connect families, friends and businesses to Florida. Flying to Orlando is an important step in the resumption or our services and will no doubt be very meaningful to those people with connections to the Sunshine State.”
The first service was operated by EI-FNH msn 1744 EIN120 (ATC Callsign EIN1ER) departing Dublin 1232 local arriving Orlando 1605 local. The return sector EIN120 departed Orlando 1946 local arriving into Dublin 0832 local.
Orlando becomes the seventh North Atlantic gateway to be restored from Aer Lingus Dublin Airport Hub.
