EI-EIK Airbus A330-302 msn 893 Aer Lingus named ‘St. Began / Begain’ was ferried Bordeaux to Dublin on Thursday 24th March as ‘Shamrock 2505’ landing 2035 local after storage. This aircraft was previously operated by Qatar Airways as A7-AEM.

The aircraft had been storage in Ciudad Real (CQM) since July 2020 till ferry flight to Bordeaux (BOD) on 28th February as EIN2580.

This IATA summer season effective from 27th March to 29th October the carrier will deploy Airbus A330-200/300 capacity on its European and UK network with an Airbus A330-200 to operate Dublin-Faro (FAO) daily (EIN492/3) from 25th April.

From today Sunday 27th March it will operate an A330-300 daily on Dublin-Malaga (AGP) route (EIN582/3), with the first service operated by EI-DUZ.

The existing A330-300 operation  on Dublin-London Heathrow continues with a switch from EIN178/9 to EIN182/3 six times weekly expect Saturdays.
