Emerald Airlines ATR72-600 Bray Air Show

This week Emerald Airlines exclusive operator of Aer Lingus Regional franchise commenced four new routes from Belfast City Airport and Dublin Airport bases to UK using ATR72-600 aircraft, with seat capacity of 72 seats each way.

Emerald Airlines Executive Chairman Conor McCarthy on LinkedIn stated “Great to add Liverpool to our network. Now serving 17 airports in Great Britain & Channel Islands. Largest Aer Lingus Regional network ever.”

The carrier commenced new year-round Dublin-Liverpool service Thursday 27th April operating 11 times per week with a double daily service Monday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday, timed for DUB Hub connections to Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, New York JFK, Philadelphia and Washington Dulles. The carrier Friday 28 April commenced three new routes with two new routes from Belfast City Base to Isle of Man operating four times per week, increasing to six weekly for the peak summer season G-CMJL ATR72-212A(600) msn 1326 operated first service also a new daily service to Newcastle  G-CMMK ATR72-212A(600) operated first flight.

Aer Lingus Regional returned to Cork market as Emerald Airlines commenced a new year-round six times weekly service to Bristol using a Dublin based on a W-routing. EI-GPO operated first service.
